By using our services or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transactions.

1. General Agreement

By accessing or using our site or services, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your company or organization in a business transaction with Toto Sports Wear. These terms apply to all orders, whether placed online, via email, or through direct communication.

2. Custom Orders & Product Specifications

All orders are produced as per the specifications, designs, and measurements confirmed by the client.
Customization requests (logos, colors, tags, sizes, packaging) must be finalized before production begins.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices are quoted based on quantity, customization, and material requirements.
A minimum deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to initiate production. The balance is payable before shipment unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, wire transfer, and other agreed-upon options.
All prices exclude taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless specified.

4. Production & Delivery

Production timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation and may vary based on order complexity and volume.
Delays due to client-side approvals, missing information, or external logistics issues (e.g., customs, transport strikes) are not the responsibility of Toto Sports Wear.
Shipping costs and transit times depend on the destination and the courier partner selected.

5. Quality Control & Tolerances

We maintain strict quality control throughout the production process.
Slight variations in color, size, or stitching (within industry-standard tolerances) may occur due to the nature of textile production and customization.
Sample approval is strongly encouraged before bulk production.

6. Returns & Claims

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with photo or video evidence.

If a valid claim is approved, we will offer a solution such as replacement, credit, or partial refund based on the case.

7. Intellectual Property

All client logos, designs, and branding remain the intellectual property of the respective client.
Toto Sports Wear does not claim ownership over client-submitted artwork and will not reproduce or resell it.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of your business details, designs, and sourcing information. All shared data is treated as confidential and used solely to fulfil your orders.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable commercial laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts unless otherwise resolved through mutual agreement.
